AtlantiVacations functions solely as a travel agent. We facilitate the purchase of various travel-related products on behalf of multiple service providers, including airlines, accommodations, and tourism services. It’s important to note that AtlantiVacations does not own, operate, manage, or control these independent service providers, and we are not liable for their actions or omissions.
Our responsibilities are limited to making travel bookings on your behalf and establishing contracts between you and the service providers. We do not have the authority to provide warranties or representations regarding their services. Please be aware that requests cannot be guaranteed. All bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, and liability limitations set by these service providers. Any legal claims should be directed towards the specific provider, not AtlantiVacations.

Your travel booking with AtlantiVacations constitutes a contractual agreement between you (referred to as “You” or “Traveler”) and AtlantiVacations (“AtlantiVacations,” “We,” or “Us”), governed by the following terms and conditions (“Terms” or “Agreement”).
When you make a reservation through AtlantiVacations, the resulting contract is established between you and AtlantiVacations. If you encounter any issues before your trip, have questions about your reservation, or need specific details about the chosen services provided by a Supplier, please reach out to AtlantiVacations.
We strive to ensure the accuracy and availability of services published on AtlantiVacations. However, occasional errors may occur in your reservation. In the event of such errors, we will make every effort to inform you within 72 hours after your booking. We retain the right to cancel your reservation without any detriment to you or AtlantiVacations. If the Supplier cancels or alters your reservation, you can choose an alternative offered by the Supplier or cancel your booking. In case the Supplier cannot provide a suitable alternative within 72 hours, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without compensation.
Any government, authority, or Supplier-imposed commissions, taxes, and fees related to the selected service(s) must be paid in full by the customer, even for requests made after the reservation confirmation is issued.
In the event of a dispute concerning a trip organized by AtlantiVacations, these general conditions, along with the specific terms in the customer’s voucher, constitute the binding contract between both parties.
Please note that many travel bookings are non-refundable, and canceled bookings will incur charges, which can amount to 100% of the booking cost, regardless of whether your travel has commenced. If we incur liability for a cancellation fee or charge due to your cancellation, you agree to indemnify us for that fee or charge.
AtlantiVacations reserves the right to cancel an organized trip if the minimum required number of participants is not met, in cases where the trip’s viability depends on a specific participant count. In such instances, customers will be notified of the cancellation via email within 7 days.
If a customer wishes to change their reservation date or make other alterations (subject to Supplier availability), an alteration fee must be paid. However, if changes occur 30 days or less before the trip date, or if the product providers do not accept the requested changes, the customer will be subject to the fees outlined in the “Withdrawal” section.
AtlantiVacations and its suppliers may modify the order of routes, departure times, or lodging, replacing them with alternatives of similar category and location when justifiable reasons exist.
Customers have the freedom to withdraw from or cancel a trip at any time. However, they are responsible for all penalties stated in the reservation contract, including deposits and fees.
While we aim to ensure accuracy in the descriptions and images of accommodations, please note that this cannot be guaranteed, as the information provided on the website is sourced from Suppliers. The images and information serve as a general representation of accommodations, and variations may occur. Any additional requests may result in extra fees.
Any complaints related to accommodations should be addressed directly with the Supplier, and it is advisable to inform AtlantiVacations of any complaints lodged with the Supplier.
Additional fees may apply for luggage. In the event of damaged or lost luggage during a flight, customers should promptly file a complaint with the airline as soon as the issue is noticed. AtlantiVacations bears no responsibility for lost or damaged luggage.
Departure and arrival times are provided in the local time of the respective city and are subject to change according to airline schedules. We will inform you of any changes.
For your protection, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, and can assist you in this process. AtlantiVacations is not an insurance company and is not responsible for insurance claims, submission, or adjustment. Any claims falling under the relevant travel insurance policy should be directed to the identified insurance company in the policy.
Trip Packages: To secure a trip package, a non-refundable minimum deposit of 50% of the total package cost is required. Additional deposits may be necessary per the service provider’s policies. Final payment must be made at least 60 days before departure, unless otherwise specified. Some airfares or services may necessitate full payment at the time of booking.
Tours: For tour-only bookings, the entire amount is due at the time of reservation. AtlantiVacations accepts various payment methods, including cash, checks, debit cards, and credit cards. If you opt to pay by credit card, a surcharge of up to 3.9% may apply.
AtlantiVacations will not provide refunds unrelated to issues caused by AtlantiVacations, or in situations where suitable alternatives cannot be arranged. Please purchase travel insurance to cover other possible cases.
You need an up-to-date passports that is good for 6 months before your trip. Requirements for passports can change, so it’s essential to verify the latest requirements before booking and departure. AtlantiVacations holds no liability if you are denied boarding a flight or entry into any country due to your failure to possess the correct and sufficient passport, or any other travel documents as mandated by airlines, authorities, or countries. This applies not only to your final destination but also to any countries you may transit through during your journey, even if you do not disembark from the aircraft or airport.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they possess all necessary personal and family documents, including identity cards, military documents, minor authorizations, vaccination certificates, and other required documents. AtlantiVacations holds no responsibility for customer entry refusals into foreign countries. In the event of a customer being denied entry into a foreign country, the customer remains accountable for all associated costs.
All travelers, regardless of age, must have a passport. Note that many countries require a passport to have a minimum of six months’ validity from the entry date.
Minors traveling without the person holding parental rights require a written and notarized authorization for entering or leaving national territory.
AtlantiVacations does not assume responsibility for any damages, injuries, or fatalities during your trip. We are solely responsible for errors related to our reservation service and are not liable for errors made by our Suppliers. In case of a dispute, customers should direct their complaints to the Supplier(s).
Customers are responsible for carrying all necessary travel documents, ensuring their validity, providing accurate information when making reservations, adhering to Supplier conditions, and maintaining appropriate behavior. Inappropriate behavior, causing harm, or property damage may result in the cancellation of your reservation without reimbursement.
Customers agree to various obligations, including:
Financial responsibility for all transactions in their name.
Being at least 18 years old with legal capacity.
Providing accurate information for themselves and companions.
Using AtlantiVacations for legitimate purposes, refraining from transmitting prohibited content, and not modifying, distributing, or accessing our content without permission.
Not violating website restrictions, attempting to bypass security measures, or overloading our technology infrastructure.
Customers may provide feedback through questionnaires. By submitting this feedback, customers relinquish ownership of the information, which AtlantiVacations and its Suppliers may use, copy, distribute, and publish. Customers agree to be the author of the content, provide accurate information, and avoid submitting false, malicious, or offensive content.
AtlantiVacations is not responsible for contract flaws caused by force majeure events, including government intervention, war, civil commotion, natural disasters, strikes, terrorism, or other factors affecting AtlantiVacations and its suppliers.
Prices are displayed in Dollars, but many destinations use Euros. Be aware of potential currency fluctuations affecting the final trip cost.
AtlantiVacations’ content and trademarks are property of their respective owners. Unauthorized use violates copyright and trademark laws. Material on the AtlantiVacations website is property of AtlantiVacations unless stated otherwise.
AtlantiVacations reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updates.
These Terms and your website use are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island. You consent to the jurisdiction of Rhode Island courts for any disputes arising from these Terms.
Specific conditions will accompany individual reservations. These terms may be supplemented by other specific terms if all parties agree. Prices are due to change due to fluctuating fuel prices.
Travel agents who use our services are eligible for compensation of up to 10% of the total trip cost. However, please note that payment to travel agents will be made upon the completion of the trip. This payment arrangement is in place to account for potential changes in trip itineraries due to factors such as weather conditions.
