Whether our clients are looking for adventure, relaxation, or a little bit of both, we’re committed to helping them book their perfect Azores getaway.

We are seeking a Travel Agent who can perform the following tasks:

• Assist business and vacation clients with travel arrangements
• Identify clients’ needs and preferences
• Plan and coordinate tour packages, excursions, and day trips
• Book reservations for hotels, rental cars, tours, restaurants, and special events
• Gather fare and schedule information
• Calculate total travel costs
• Verify that clients have all required documents, including valid passports, before their trip
• Create and provide trip itineraries for clients
• Answer client questions about trip details and give advice about local customs and attractions
• Coordinate with tour guides, drivers, and accommodation staff on behalf of the client
• Make alternative booking arrangements if the need arises

The ability to speak Portuguese is highly preferred.

A familiarity with the Azores Islands is also a plus.

Benefits include health, dental, paid time off, and holidays. Mon-Fri, 8-4, full time. Compensation based on experience, $30-45k per year.
