The Atlantivacations Travel & Tourism Agency, with a branch office in the United States, specializes in the American travel market for the Azores, intends to hire a Backoffice Assistant with experience in the reservations area for your Lagoa office.

Job Description

• Provide information on travel, tourist routes, tourist excursions and other relevant information;
• Make reservations for trips and issue their documentation, including for excursions, hotels, rent-a-car, etc;
• Communicate with the team in the United States;
• Negotiation with suppliers for the best offers;


• Proficiency in English, verbal and written;
• Good communication skills and willingness to get in touch with the client;
• Appetite for the Tourism area;
• Experience in the area of reservations;
• Dynamic, with initiative, team spirit and dedication;
• Presentation and care with the image;
• Qualifications 12th grade or Bachelor’s degree (elimination factor);
• Minimum experience of 2 years (preferential factor);
• Driving License and own vehicle;
